Deputy Store Manager
We want every customer that enters a BP store to have an unbeatable experience. You will manage all aspects of store operations while ensuring customer service remains our number one priority. You will support the store’s financial goals by working to optimise sales performance. You’ll implement in-store promotions, oversee orders and deliveries and assist with the recruitment of new colleagues. This is a hands-on role: you will be expected to be an active presence on the shop floor, demonstrating enthusiasm, a driven work ethic and a dedication to customer service and mucking in wherever necessary. What you’ll need
You should come from a customer service background – preferably having worked in retail or hospitality – with previous experience working as a supervisor, team leader or manager. You will be commercially astute, and passionate about helping customers.
We’re looking for a leader; someone with excellent communication skills, a clear and open leadership style, who’s genuinely excited about the prospect of developing a team. You’ll need to be commercially savvy, and able to make good business decisions. And, above all, you’ll need to be passionate about customer service.
